(a) In the event the owner does not remove grass and weeds in accordance with the pro visions of this chapter, then the Community Development Director is authorized and it shall be his/her duty to have enforced the provisions of this chapter, and to cause to be trimmed or removed all grass and weeds.
(b) Right of Entry. For the purpose of enforcement of this Code Chapter 551, the responsible official or Community Development Director is authorized to make or cause to be made inspections of the exterior of all premises within the City. All exterior premises must be available and accessible for such inspections, and the owner or occupant is required to provide the necessary arrangements to facilitate such inspections.
