549.09 SALE OF FIREWORKS TO CHILDREN.
   (a)    No person shall sell fireworks of any kind to children under the age of twelve years.
   (b)    Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 1981-150. Passed 11-18-81.)
