185.03 AUTHORITY FOR TAX.

The three percent tax on lodgings levied under Section 185.01 and the additional three percent tax on lodging levied under Section 185.02 are levied under authority of Ohio R.C. Chapter 5739.(Ord. 2000-104. Passed 12-4-00.)
