The revenue generated from the tax levied in Section 183.01 may not be used for any purpose other than as follows:
(a) For paying the costs and expenses of enforcing and administering the tax provided for herein.
(b) For planning, constructing, improving, maintaining and repairing public roads, highways and streets.
(c) Maintaining and repairing bridges and viaducts.
(d) Paying the City portion of the cost and expense of co-operating with the Department of Transportation in the planning, improvement and construction of State highways.
(e) Paying the City portion of the compensation, damages, costs and expenses of planning, constructing, improving, maintaining and repairing roads and streets.
(f) Purchasing, erecting and maintaining traffic lights and signals.
