The Board of Zoning Appeals shall meet to consider any appeals arising from this code upon notice from the Community Development Department, within thirty (30) days of the filing of an appeal, or at stated periodic meetings. The agenda for the meeting shall be established and posted at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. The City shall notify by regular mail, the appellant and all property owners abutting and directly across a street or alley from the subject property of the meeting and appeal at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the meeting.
