1173.15  NOTICE TO POLICE WHEN MOVING EQUIPMENT TO OR FROM SITE.
   The Certificate holder shall notify the Kent City Police Department prior to moving any equipment on or off the site.
   (a)   Oversize vehicles: The use of oversized vehicles by the certificate holder, his/her assignee or agent shall be governed by any and all relevant sections identified in Chapter 339 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Kent.
