(a) The Cities of Kent, Ravenna, Streetsboro, and Aurora; the Townships of Franklin and Ravenna; the Village of Brady Lake, and County of Portage hereby join in creating a regional transportation authority pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 306.30 et seq. of the Ohio Revised Code, whose boundaries shall be coextensive with the territorial boundaries of Portae County.
