1139.06 CONDITIONAL ZONING CERTIFICATE REVIEW AND CONFORMANCE.

Uses specified under Section 1139.02 (b) herein shall be permitted only after review for and approval of a Conditional Zoning Certificate by the Planning Commission subject to Chapter 1113 . Such review shall also include Site Plan approval subject to the requirements of Chapter 1119.
