137.17 AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR POLICE PERSONNEL.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.41, no person shall be eligible to receive an original appointment to the Police Department prior to his/her twenty-first birthday and there shall be no maximum age limitation for newly hired police officers. (Ord. 1996-33. Passed 5-1-96.)
