7-1-4: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or counseling, aiding or abetting any such violation or failure to comply, shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
