6-1-3: EXERCISE OF POLICE POWERS:
This chapter is hereby declared to be an exercise of the police power of the state of Idaho and the city for the public safety, and its provisions shall be liberally construed for the accomplishment of that purpose. (Ord. 252, 11-29-1945)
