Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue and each separate "haul" shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
