3-1-14: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Violation shall also be grounds for suspension and/or nonrenewal of license. (Ord. 630, 4-9-1991; amd. 2009 Code)
