3-1-9: VIOLATION BY EMPLOYEE:
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by an employee, agent, servant, or other person in any way acting on behalf of the licensee shall be deemed to be a violation by the licensee. (Ord. 630, 4-9-1991)
