3-1-5: TERM OF LICENSE:
Each license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be granted for a period of one year, beginning February 1 and expiring at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on January 31 of the following year. (Ord. 630, 4-9-1991; amd. 2009 Code)
