A. Required: No person or business shall serve or sell beer, wine, or alcoholic liquors at any location within the corporate limits of the city without having first obtained a license therefor for each location in accordance with the terms of this chapter.
B. Display: Said license(s) shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises at all times. (Ord. 630, 4-9-1991)
