2-1-1: ESTABLISHED; AUTHORITY:
The Kendrick-Juliaetta planning and zoning commission is hereby established, and its members are hereby granted the authority to do such acts as necessary to carry out the purposes of the commission set forth in this chapter. The commission shall serve as the planning and zoning commission for the city. (Ord. 668, 5-13-1997)
