11-1-9: EXPIRATION OF PLAN APPROVAL:

Subdivision plan approval shall be effective for twelve (12) months. The subdivider may request an extension of subdivision plan approval for one additional twelve (12) month period by submitting the request, in writing, to the city council prior to the scheduled expiration deadline. (Ord. 669, 5-13-1997)
