No person shall carry out actions which constitute the "subdivision" of land as defined by this chapter and/or state law without first complying with the provisions of this chapter and, when applicable, state platting law, nor shall such actions contravene any provisions of the city zoning ordinance 1 or any other ordinance of the city relating to the subdivision or development of land, adopted pursuant to authority granted by the local planning act. Failure to comply shall be subject to enforcement in accordance with provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 669, 5-13-1997)
