A. Water System: Any person who, after the effective date hereof, seeks to connect to the city water system is hereby required to pay a water facilities connection fee in the manner and amount set forth in this chapter.
B. Sewer System: Any person who, after the effective date hereof, seeks to connect to the city sewer system is hereby required to pay a sewer facilities connection fee in the manner and amount set forth in this chapter.
C. Water And Sewer System: Any person who, after the effective date hereof, seeks to connect to the water or sewer systems of the city shall also pay an installation fee reimbursing the city costs in physically connecting the user to the water and/or sewer system. (Ord. 660, 3-12-1996)
