8-4-1: SHORT TITLE; APPLICABILITY:
   A.    Short Title: This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the KENDRICK WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES CONNECTION FEE ORDINANCE.
   B.    Applicability: This chapter shall apply in incorporated areas of the city. (Ord. 660, 3-12-1996)
