§ 110.04  PERMIT ISSUANCE.
   (A)   Upon receipt of an application, the Town Clerk shall cause to be made such investigation of the applicant’s moral character and business responsibility as is necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare.
   (B)   If, as a result of this investigation, the character and responsibility of the applicant appear to be unsatisfactory, the application shall be denied. If, as a result of this investigation, the character and responsibility of the applicant appear to be satisfactory, the Town Clerk shall issue a permit; provided that, the permit fee has been paid.
