§ 110.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

In order to protect the public health, safety and welfare, it shall be unlawful for a peddler, solicitor or transient vendor, as defined by § 110.01 of this chapter, to engage in that business within the town without first obtaining a permit therefor, in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
