§ 92.06 LIEN.

All towing, storage, advertising and other charges incurred in connection with the impounded vehicle shall constitute a lien upon the vehicle, and no stored vehicle shall be released until all these charges have been paid to the Town Clerk or to the owner of the garage where the impounded vehicle is stored.
