§ 51.27 NOTIFICATION OF CONSUMER.

   (A)   Upon identification of a hazard, or hazard potential, as defined in §§ 51.23 and 51.24 of this chapter, the Cross-Connection Coordinator shall notify the consumer of record of the property on which the hazard exists of the following:

      (1)   Location of hazard;

      (2)   Nature of hazard observed;

      (3)   Date hazard observed;

      (4)   Section of code applicable; and

      (5)   Requirements of code.

   (B)   Such notification shall be made by certified mail, with return receipt requested.
