(A) Any consumer shall be allowed 90 days to correct any cross-connections, auxiliary intakes, inter- connections or other hazard as defined by § 51.23 of this chapter in violation of the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) The 90 days will be from the date of receipt of the notification given by the Cross-Connection Coordinator.
