§ 152.174  FUEL OIL SALES, RETAIL.
   (A)   Where required. These standards shall apply within the AG and GC Districts.
   (B)   Separation. Bulk fuel oil tanks may not be constructed within 300 feet of a property zoned or used for residential purposes.
