The Kenansville 2020 Future Land Use Plan shall serve as the basic policy guide for the administration of this chapter. The Future Land Use Plan serves as the statement of the goals and policies guiding the physical development of the town and its environs. All development within the jurisdiction of this chapter shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Future Land Use Plan as adopted or amended by the town’s Board of Commissioners as well as any other relevant plans that have been adopted by the town.
