§ 32.01  CONCEALED HANDGUNS ON TOWN PROPERTY; SIGNS POSTING PROHIBITION.
   (A)   Posting of signs required. The town’s Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized and instructed to post conspicuous signage at appropriate locations on or within the following municipal property, indicating that carrying a concealed handgun is prohibited therein:
      (1)   Town Hall;
      (2)   Maintenance building;
      (3)   Wastewater treatment plant;
      (4)   Municipal park;
      (5)   Turkey Stadium ball field;
      (6)   Forty-acre industrial park;
      (7)   Three well sites located on Lodge Street, Bostic Street and Limestone Street; and
      (8)   Four lift stations, located:
         (a)   On West Grove Circle;
         (b)   On Church Street;
         (c)   At James Sprunt Community College; and
         (d)   Off Williamson Street in Pine Crest Acres Subdivision.
   (B)   Location of signs. Signs on buildings shall be visibly posted on the exterior of each entrance by which the general public can access the building. The town’s Board of Commissioners shall exercise discretion in determining the number and appropriate location of signs to be placed on, or within, appurtenant premises and parks.
