§ 150.02  TOWN INSULATION INSPECTOR; DUTIES AND AUTHORITY.
   The town shall designate some qualified employee or person to act as the town’s Insulation Inspector with the following duties and authority:
   (A)   To inspect each new building, dwelling house or addition thereto during construction to determine if the insulation is installed as required by the General Statutes;
   (B)   If the Insulation Inspector finds that the construction is not properly insulated, he or she has the authority to stop all construction until it has been properly insulated according to his or her instructions; and
   (C)   If the Insulation Inspector finds the construction properly insulated, then he or she shall submit his or her approval in writing to the owner.
