5-5-1: EXPECTORATING ON PUBLIC WAYS:
   A.   Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to spit or expectorate on any of the public ways within the corporate limits of the City.
   B.   Enforcement: It shall be the duty of the City police officers to enforce this section.
   C.   Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. (Ord. 2004-12, 9-13-2004; amd. 2018 Code)
