A. It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person or entity to create, erect, maintain or permit a nuisance to exist anywhere within the City. (Ord. 1984-2, 6-11-1984)
B. It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person or entity to neglect, refuse or otherwise fail to remove or abate any nuisance within seven (7) days, or such other time period as may be specified in the notice, from the time he or she receives written notice thereof. Each twenty four (24) hours or fraction thereof during which such nuisance continues or exists shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 1984-2, 6-11-1984; amd. Ord. 2017-3, 5-8-2017)
C. It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person or entity, after receiving written notice thereof, to neglect, refuse or otherwise fail to immediately abate any nuisance described in subsections 4-1-1F and G of this chapter. (Ord. 2007-4, 8-13-2007)
