3-1-16: PENALTIES:
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 2012-7, 12-10-2012; amd. 2018 Code)
