3-1-15: ADDITIONAL PROHIBITED ACTS:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic liquor on any premises for which a Class B license is issued, regardless of where purchased. (Ord. 2012-7, 12-10-2012)
   B.   No licensee shall sell alcoholic liquor on the streets, boulevards, alleys, sidewalks, public parks or other premises owned by the City, or any other governmental body or agency, and it shall be unlawful for any person to consume or possess alcoholic liquor while upon any street, boulevard, alley, sidewalk, public park or other premises owned by the City or any other governmental body or agency. Additionally, this subsection does not apply to the following: A license holder who has been granted a special use permit for a special event, gymnasium rental with proof of purchasing the additional insurance coverage for consuming alcohol, Keithsburg Riverside Campground commonly known as 400 S. 3rd Street and anyone twenty one (21) years of age during adult ball games, provided they bring their own. No obnoxious or destructive behavior will be allowed at the Keithsburg Riverside Campground commonly known as 400 S. 3rd Street. Any person who violates any provision of this subsection shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
