3-1-14: PERSONS UNDER TWENTY ONE ON PREMISES:
   A.   Prohibited Generally: Except as herein provided, it shall be unlawful for any person who has not attained the minimum age specified by Illinois law for purchase, receipt of, or consumption of alcoholic liquor to enter or remain within premises with a Class A license.
   B.   Exceptions:
      1.   Restaurants: If accompanied by a parent or guardian, it shall be lawful for persons who have not attained the minimum age for purchase, receipt, or consumption of alcoholic liquor to enter and remain within that part of the premises where food is served, when food is being served, for the purpose of consuming such food, until the hour of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M., provided such area is separate and apart from the bar area.
      2.   Employees: It shall be lawful for employees of a licensee who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years to enter and remain within premises with a Class A license for the purpose of, and in the course of, their employment by the licensee. (Ord. 2012-7, 12-10-2012)
