No licensee hereunder shall permit any adult entertainment, disorderly conduct, or vile or profane language upon premises occupied by him in the conduct of his business under such license, nor shall such licensee make any sale or sales of alcoholic liquor to minors, nor to persons nor at times prohibited by the Illinois Liquor Control Law, and the violation of this section, in addition to other penalties hereunder, may be deemed, at the option of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner, sufficient cause for revocation of the license granted to such licensee.
