3-1-12: VIDEO GAMING:

For purposes of this chapter, the definitions and requirements of the Video Gaming Act, as in force and effect in the State of Illinois, are hereby incorporated into this chapter by reference. Any person who owns a video gaming terminal for use in the City shall pay no annual fee for each such video gaming terminal. (Ord. 2013-1, 1-14-2013)
