3-1-11: DAYS AND HOURS OF SALES; PRESENCE ON PREMISES:
   A.   Days And Hours Established: It shall be unlawful for any licensee under this chapter to sell, offer for sale, serve, or dispense any malt or alcoholic liquors except during the hours permitted, and the permitted hours for sale, offering for sale, or serving any malt or alcoholic liquors by any licensee under any license issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall be between six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on Sunday through Thursday, inclusive, and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on Friday and Saturday until two o'clock (2:00) A.M. the following day; and from twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on New Year's Eve, regardless of what day of the week New Year's Eve occurs, until four o'clock (4:00) A.M. the following day.
   B.   Presence On Premises After Hours: It shall be unlawful for any holder of a Class A license to allow persons, except himself and on duty employees, in the place of business licensed under this chapter after the hours fixed herein for the legal sale of such alcoholic liquors.
