A. No Class A license shall be granted to operate a place of business for the sale of alcoholic liquor at retail on any premises or at any location other than on Main Street between the Mississippi River and Sixth Street, on Fourth Street between Main and Jackson Streets, and on Third Street between Washington and Jackson Streets, all in the City.
B. No Class B license shall be granted to operate a place of business for the sale of alcoholic liquor at retail on any premises or at any location other than on Main Street between Fifth and Seventh Streets.
C. The restrictions in this section are in addition to applicable zoning laws and regulations and not intended to repeal or supersede applicable zoning provisions. (Ord. 2012-7, 12-10-2012)
