A. Annual Licenses:
1. Fees Established:
a. The annual license fee for a Class A license shall be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250.00).
b. The annual license fee for a Class B license shall be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250.00).
2. Payment Of Fees:
a. Annual license fees may be paid in semiannual installments. The first installment shall be due on the first day of the license year, or with the application in the case of new licenses, and the second installment on November 1 of the license year.
b. Where application is made for a full year's license on or before the first Monday in May of any year, only one-half (1/2) of the annual license fee shall be required to be advanced with such application.
c. Where less than one year remains in a license year at the time of application, one-half (1/2) the annual fee, plus the unexpired portion of any partial half year's fee, must accompany the application. (Ord. 2012-7, 12-10-2012; amd. 2018 Code)
B. Special Event Retailers And Special Use Permit Licenses: The license fees for special event retailers and special use permit licenses shall be as follows:
1. Special event retailers license (not for profit): Ten dollars ($10.00) for each day or portion of a day.
2. Special use permit license: Twenty five dollars ($25.00) for one day or less; one hundred dollars ($100.00) for two (2) days or more.
C. Refund Of Fees And Deposits: In the event any application is made by any person hereunder for a license as herein provided and deposits with such application the required license fee and such license is not granted to the applicant, then, upon refusal to grant such license, all cash deposits for the license fee made by the applicant shall be immediately returned to the applicant.
