3-1-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person shall sell, keep or offer for sale at retail, or conduct or maintain any place for the sale at retail, of alcoholic liquors within the City unless he shall have first obtained a license therefor as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 2012-7, 12-10-2012)
