1-12-6: INFORMATION DOCUMENTS ON FILE:
The City Clerk shall prepare: a) a City information directory; b) a block diagram of the functional subdivisions of the City; c) a City records directory; and d) a records catalog, all of which shall be substantially in the same form as the documents attached as exhibits A, B, C, and D on file in the City and made a part hereof. This information shall also be posted on the City's website. (Ord. 2010-4, 3-8-2010)
