10-2-2: ZONING ENFORCER:
   A.   Office Established: The Office of Zoning Enforcer is hereby established. Said officer shall be appointed by the Mayor and such appointment confirmed by the City Council.
   B.   Term Of Office: The Zoning Enforcer shall serve a term of one year unless sooner dismissed by action of the Mayor and City Council.
   C.   Compensation: The Zoning Enforcer shall receive a wage of thirty dollars ($30.00) a month, payable at the end of every three (3) months. (Ord. 2017-12, 12-11-2017)
