8-3-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 2003-8, 12-8-2003, eff. 1-1-2004; amd. 2018 Code)
