8-3-7: BURNING BARREL RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   No burning barrels shall be used as refuse containers for collection.
   B.   No burning barrels shall be used for burning garbage, trash, or refuse, except yard wastes, within the City.
   C.   No burning barrels, either empty or containing ashes, shall be placed for collection. (Ord. 2003-8, 12-8-2003, eff. 1-1-2004)
