A. No person shall operate a motor vehicle in such a manner that, by sudden acceleration thereof, the tires are caused to make a noise not made by tires on the vehicle being accelerated in a normal manner or the wheels are caused to spin in a manner not common to wheels on a vehicle being accelerated in a normal manner. B. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each and every offense. (Ord. 1986-3, 8-11-1986; amd. 2018 Code)
