6-2-1: CAREFUL DRIVING; SPEED LIMIT:
Every driver operating a vehicle on the streets shall drive the same in a careful and prudent manner and shall at all times have the vehicle under control and shall drive at a twenty five (25) miles per hour or less rate of speed such that he will not endanger the property of another or the life or limb of any person. (Ord. 1977-1, 8-1-1977)
