§ 153.066 SUBMITTAL.
   (A)   The applicant shall file the completed application form together with required exhibits with the Zoning Administrator and shall pay a filing fee, as established by the Council, for processing the concept plan.
   (B)   Criteria for complete submittal. No submittal to the city shall be considered complete without receipt of three paper copies and one electronic copy of the following:
      (1)   A completed application form;
      (2)   A concept plan, drawn to scale, including the following:
      (3)   Scale and north point;
      (4)   Boundaries of entire parcel of land;
      (5)   Proposed subdivision name;
      (6)   Name and address of property owner;
      (7)   Name and address of subdivider;
      (8)   Zoning classification of proposal and adjacent lands;
      (9)   Names of existing streets;
      (10)   General street design and general design of other surface improvements such as sidewalks and trails;
      (11)   General lot layout, including number of proposed lots and dimensions of those lots (lot area, lot width);
      (12)   Information of adjacent lands;
         (a)   Parcel boundaries;
         (b)   Parcel ID numbers; and
         (c)   Property owner.
      (13)   Areas of open space or park dedication;
      (14)   Areas for stormwater retention; and
      (15)   Existing natural features including wetlands, water bodies, significant tree stands, steep slopes and floodplain areas.
