(A) Action on preliminary subdivision requests.
(1) In compliance with M.S. § 462.358, as may be amended from time to time, the city shall take action to approve or deny applications for preliminary subdivisions within 120 days of receiving a completed application.
(2) If the city cannot take action to approve or deny the application within 120 days of receiving the completed application, an extension request may be approved by the applicant in writing.
(B) Action on final subdivision request. In compliance with M.S. § 462.358, as may be amended from time to time, once the city has preliminarily approved a subdivision request, the applicant shall submit an application for final subdivision approval; the city shall take action to approve or deny applications for final plats within 60 days of receiving a completed application.
