§ 152.04 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE; APPLICATION; FEE; INSPECTION.

(A) Permits for the installation of manufactured home accessory structures shall be obtained by the owner of the manufactured home or the owner's agent prior to placement.

(B) The application and fee for the permit shall be as specified in § 152.01. The City Building Official shall inspect a manufactured home accessory structure installation to determine whether or not the installation is in violation of any provisions of the state statutes or administrative rules.
